You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, the item was damaged or defective upon delivery, or the wrong item was delivered.
Please note that certain items including custom/personalized orders, corporate branded merchandise, and consumables that have been opened are not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective.
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@interrapids.com or call +254 0704 993 447. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
For returns resulting from our error (wrong item, damaged or defective goods), Inter Rapids Links Limited will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method or as an account credit toward a future order, at your preference.
Some items may occasionally be placed on back order with a supplier, causing delays. In such cases, you will be notified promptly. You may choose to wait for the item, select an alternative product, or request a full refund.
The following items cannot be returned: custom/personalized or branded products, opened consumables (printer cartridges, cleaning materials), and items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to stock availability.
